Jim and his family purchased a block of land with the existing house as an investment. Rental income was not paying out the mortgage payments and they decided to add a secondary dwelling to double the rent. Now a family could not be happier with the result.

“The build was amazingly quick. Once the product arrived on the 19th of December [which is a bit close to Christmas], we had it up before Christmas. We had it actually up in 4 days.” – said Jim.
