Precision-cut timber structure, all parts marked and detailed instructions allow to build a house to lockup stage in 3-5 days. Fast and controlled construction allow scheduled internal works and fittings to start on time.
Building process
In short, there are 3 steps to complete the building to lockup stage:
1. Prepare a foundation before the kit arrive
2. Install the kit
3. Install the roofing
- Send pre-approved by council architectural drawings for estimation
- Get a project including a quote, drawings and interactive 3D model rotating 360 degrees
- Order a production
- Prepare a foundation before the arrival of SBS
- Install the building
- Add the roofing
The project is built to Lockup stage.
